Refund Policy

Transparent rules for credits, cancellations, and order fulfillment.

1. Credit Purchases

All purchases of Credits are final. Once Credits are added to your account, they cannot be exchanged for cash or currency. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Before Matching: If an order is cancelled before a Supplier has been assigned, 100% of the Credits will be refunded to your balance.
  • In Progress: Once a Supplier has started work, cancellations are not permitted unless the deadline is missed.

3. Service Quality Issues

We provide 3 rounds of minor revisions to ensure satisfaction. Credits are only eligible for refund to your platform balance if:

  • The Supplier failed to deliver within the agreed timeframe.
  • The final delivery significantly deviates from the provided brief.

4. Dispute Process

If you are unsatisfied with a delivery, you must initiate a dispute via our support channel within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the brief and the output to determine if a Credit refund is warranted.
